Business Plan 2025 – 2028: Unlocking Potential
At our school, we believe that every child has the ability to grow, achieve and thrive—and it’s our responsibility to help unlock that potential. As we look ahead to the next three years, we’re excited to share with you our new 2025–2028 Business Plan, which sets out a clear path forward for how we will continue to support our students, staff and school community.
Our Business Plan is built around the theme “Unlocking Potential”—because that’s exactly what we’re here to do.
Unlocking potential means:
- Supporting the academic growth of every student, no matter where they begin.
- Nurturing the confidence, creativity and curiosity that helps children become lifelong learners.
- Empowering our staff to be the best educators and role models they can be.
- And just as importantly, building a school environment where our whole community thrives.
Our school vision remains strong:

To make this vision a reality, our plan focuses on four key areas:
- Quality Teaching and Leadership – Investing in professional learning and leadership to ensure every child has access to excellent teaching.
- Student Achievement and Progress – Using data and personalised approaches to help every student grow and succeed.
- Learning Environment – Ensuring our classrooms and playgrounds are safe, welcoming and inclusive.
- Relationships – Strengthening the connections between school, families, and the wider community, because we know that student success is built on strong partnerships.
Our values of Community, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence remain at the heart of everything we do. These values guide the way we teach, support, and relate to each other every day.
This Business Plan isn’t just a document—it’s a shared commitment. It reflects the incredible work already happening in our school and gives us a strong, united direction for the future. Over the next three years, we’ll continue to work in close partnership with families to ensure that every child is supported to achieve their personal best—and to feel proud, capable, and connected.
