World Mental Health Week will be celebrated from October 11 – 14 with class teachers engaging students in activities based on resilience, kindness, friendships and understanding emotions.
Students will engage in 30-40 minutes of yoga/mindfulness with Linda Bancroft from Wellbeing4Kids. These activities are for all students Kindy to Year 6 and are suitable for their ages.
