Summer Carnival Year 5 & 6

Dear Parents/Guardians
Your child has been chosen to represent Lathlain Primary School at the Summer Carnival on Thursday 30th March. The school will be entering teams in girls and boys cricket, newcombe, volleyball and tee-ball.
This year, the carnival will be held at Curtin Stadium located at Curtin University with students travelling to and from the venue via bus. Games are scheduled to start at 9.45am with the day concluding at approximately 2.30pm.
Your child will need to bring appropriate footwear and clothes for their sport, as well as a hat, water bottle and a packed lunch. Please ensure your child has applied sunscreen before coming to school.
To cover the cost of the bus, students will need to pay $6 to participate in the Summer Carnival.
Parents are welcome to attend the games to support the students.
Only complete the permission form below if your child has been selected to attend. Please return & make payment of $6.00 by Thursday 23rd March.
