Dear Parents/Guardians of Students in Room 14, 15 and 16

We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding an upcoming excursion to be held at Scitech. Your child will be able to participate in the following:

Excursion Activity:	To explore Science in a hands-on manner and engage in an immersive experience.
Date of Excursion:	Tuesday 26^th November
Time of Excursion:	9:00 am – 2:00pm
Excursion cost:	$20
Details of Excursion:	There will be four activities that students will be involved in. We are Stars – It seeks to answer some of the biggest questions. Theatre Show – Students will watch a performance that reveals surprising Science effects. Hands On Lab – Students will engage in activities at different stations and unravel mysteries through exploration. General Exhibition – Students will be able to explore the general exhibition area of Scitech

I agree to inform the organisers well before the scheduled excursion of any change to my child’s health and fitness so that appropriate supervision may be arranged. I acknowledge that, should it be considered necessary, school staff will arrange to present my child for medical assessment and treatment.

Payment of $20 is required

I give permission for my child to receive medical treatment in case of emergency. I am aware that the school and its employees are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage that may occur during an excursion, unless the school or its employees are proven to be negligent. I am aware this bus is equipped with seatbelts.
