Rayment Park Excursion 2023 Rooms 1 & 11

Dear Parents,
The students from Rm 1 and 11 will be going to Rayment Park on 12 Tuesday December 2023. We will be celebrating the end of a fantastic year with a picnic.
We will be having a sausage sizzle and a juice box. It will cost $2.50 per student. If you wish your child to not participate or feel that they may require more food, then please pack a lunch so they can enjoy it at the picnic with their friends.
We will be having a sausage sizzle for lunch and this will cost $2.50.
The $2.50 will cover for of a sausage sizzle (beef sausage) and a drink (juice box) for each child.
When: Tuesday 12 December 2023
Time: 11am – 12:30pm
What: Class End of Year Party

While we are having a sausage sizzle for lunch we advise that you still pack recess and crunch and sip as we will have normal break times that day. If your child has allergies or prefers to bring their own lunch across to enjoy with their friends this is okay too.
We are looking for 3-5 volunteers per class to help set up some games and prepare and cook the sausage sizzle. Please let your classroom teacher know if you can volunteer as soon as possible so we are well organised before the event. If you have any giant picnic portable games that you are willing to provide, please let us know prior to the event.
