P & C Colour Run

Lathlain Primary School Colour Run – Friday 28 October
The P&C have organised this exciting fun run event which will be held after lunch time on Friday 28 October.
You can set up a cyber-safe fundraising page at www.australianfundraising.com.au (click ‘Login’, select School Fun Run then ‘Register’) for online donations, or collect cash and drop in the P&C box in the office along with the donation form sent home in school bags. Children who raise over $10 receive incentive prizes. The highest fundraising class will receive a pizza party.
All children can participate, fundraising is not required.
Volunteers will be stationed around the oval at different obstacles with water or coloured corn-starch to throw at the children. Dress your child in old light-coloured clothing, shoes and an old hat on the day (the colour is non-toxic but may stain). No school hats will be worn, but sunscreen will be provided. Protective sunglasses will also be provided.
Children will be outdoors for 20 minutes – please apply or supply them with sunscreen if necessary.
If your child does not wish to be coloured or wet they can notify their teacher on the day – they will wear an identifying sash so the volunteers know not to aim for them. Pack a change of clothes as children will be going back to class after the event and will be wet.

Please complete this permission form by Wednesday 26 October to enable your child to participate. A separate form is needed for each child.
