Belmont City College Production – PP and Year 3 2024

Dear Parents/Guardian of Students in Pre-Primary and Year 3,

We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding an upcoming excursion to be held at Belmont City College.

Your child will be able to participate in the following:

Excursion Activity:  

The Specialist Contemporary Drama program at Belmont City College are putting on a show titled Mr & Mrs Revolting. It is a funny and visually exciting play with a message about what good hygiene for children looks         like.
Rooms attending: PP – Rooms 21, 22, 23, 9

Year 3 students only – Rooms 1, 2, 11, 13 and 3
Date of Excursion:  

Thursday 5th December 2024

 
Time of Excursion:   10:00am – 12:00pm
Excursion cost: $6
Details of Excursion: Students will travel by bus to and from Belmont City College where they will enjoy the play Mr and Mrs Revolting.

I agree to inform the organisers well before the scheduled excursion of any change to my child’s health and fitness so that appropriate supervision may be arranged. I acknowledge that, should it be considered necessary, school staff will arrange to present my child for medical assessment and treatment.
Payment of $6 is required

I give permission for my child to receive medical treatment in case of emergency. I am aware that the school and its employees are not responsible for personal injuries or property damage that may occur during an excursion, unless the school or its employees are proven to be negligent. I am aware this bus is equipped with seatbelts.
