Year 6 Outback Splash/The Maze

Dear Parents/Guardians,
To celebrate the end of their primary schooling, a graduation excursion has been organised for our Year 6 students who have maintained ‘Good Standing’. The students and staff will be attending Outback Splash/The Maze. Students and staff will be leaving school at 9:00am and returning to school at 3:00pm via bus. Please note, lunch is not provided so students need to bring their own recess and lunch. However, there is a shop there so students are allowed to bring money to buy food.
Date: Wednesday 14th December, 2022 [Week 10]
Time: 9:00 am departure from Lathlain PS (Please arrive at the normal time for school.)
Return: 3:00 pm arrival back at Lathlain PS
Cost per child: $26.00
Children will need:
- Neat, casual ‘free’ dress is allowed with bathers underneath – students do not need to wear uniform.
- Drink bottle, hat, towel and sunscreen (small bag or backpack to carry everything)
- Morning tea/snack and lunch
- Any medication (asthma puffers/Epi Pens etc.) in a named ziplock bag.
In the event of an accident or illness, parents will be contacted by phone.
Please complete the permission form by Friday 2nd December.
