Dear Parents
The students from Rm 1, 2, 3 and 11 will be going to Rayment Park on the 12th December 2022. We will be celebrating the end of a fantastic year with a Teddy Bears Picnic.
We will be having a sausage sizzle, a juice box and an icy pole/ice cream. It will cost $3 per student. If you wish your child to not participate or feel that they may require more food, then please pack them a lunch so they can enjoy it at the picnic with their friends.
We will be having a sausage sizzle for lunch and this will cost $3.
The $3 will cover for of a sausage sizzle (beef sausage), a drink (juice box) for each child and an icy pole/ice-cream.
When: Monday 12th December 2022
Time: 11am – 12:30pm
What: Class End of Year Party
Cost: $3 includes – sausage sizzle (Beef sausage), a drink and icy pole/ice-cream
While we are having a sausage sizzle for lunch, we advise that you still pack recess and crunch and sip as we will have normal break times that day. If you’re child has allergies or prefers to bring their own lunch across to enjoy with their friends this is okay too.
We are looking for 3-5 volunteers per class to help set up some games and prepare and cook the sausage sizzle. Please let your classroom teacher know if you can volunteer as soon as possible so we are well organised before the event.
